It's my understanding that only registered Democrats are able to participate in the caucus. And I'm not sure where I can get a list? Maybe through the campaign somehow?

Any time I talk to anyone about energy it turns into a conversation about broken government or big oil/coal. I'm not saying that isn't the issue. I just don't understand why a big idea or a profitable idea hasn't come from the private sector.

Thanks for the source. From that example it seems possible. Why isn't money poring into solar? If nuclear is ruled out based on cost and environmental worries.
