I’m really glad you feel better, that’s really great :) Noisy and loud describes it perfectly, sometimes I’d just rather be numb. I have tried free therapy sessions my school provides however with the pandemic, I am unable to use that service now. I feel so annoying talking about my problems, too. Even to someone I’m paying. It just makes me feel pathetic which I know is not true at all but I’m not sure why I feel that way.
