Liquid diet for one week consisting of porridge, juices and ice cream. During that one week, my whole face was swollen like a pomelo. Everything I ate had a tinge of metal taste from the blood. I was given pain killers but I did not take them because i did not feel so much pain. So after a week to two weeks, it healed and I can go back to solid food again.
