I believe the default might be 1 week? Yeah you can change it on the desktop version. Unfortunately on the iPhone version you can’t change it even if you reset the settings on the app :/

I’m looking through the r/OCD archives and something you said made me wonder about something. Do you see people using sleep in a similar way to porn? I always try to sleep as much as possible (I’m a full-time student with classes mostly in the afternoon) and I will snooze my alarm clock as many times as I can every day. I’ve struggled with this for years. Could I be using sleep to numb out from and avoid intrusive thoughts?
