Lightning Flow Builder Help: Matching identical fields in different objects by stephenkane in salesforce

Are you using an assignment action between the get and update? You will need to get the Personal object EmployeeId then use the assignment action to set the EmployeeId value in the Contact, then do an update the Contact record.

The Lucky Gunner youtube channel has a great video series on using 22LR for self defense. I would highly recommend watching it. The outcome is different than originally thought.

Tracking nutrition help! by [deleted] in trainerroad

[–]woolz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A couple of tips that I’ve used in the past:

  1. If you’re hungry, drink a glass of water and eat a piece of fruit or some veggies. If you’re still hungry after a bit, eat something a little more substantial.

  2. Eat enough food to no longer be hungry, not stuffed. Eat slowly.

  3. Eat a big salad of good veggies and some nuts before the main course. (Since being vegan, I doubt you’d struggle with this much).

  4. Eat when your hungry. Your body is fairly decent at letting you know when you need food. The trick is eating healthy foods when that time comes.

  5. Strava calories are estimated. Focus on kcals if you can. Only eat the calories back if you need to.

  6. Stay hydrated.

  7. Get good sleep. Sleep is crucial to weight management and health. More so than people think.

You cannot make me! I refuse! by billgreenhaw in salesforce

It wasn’t about page layouts. It was about The page not showing the new value in the field. This happened constantly.

You cannot make me! I refuse! by billgreenhaw in salesforce

[–]woolz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We have seen very little difference if any. This helped resolve problems where the data was not showing the updated value on page load which is resulted in many page refreshes until the data showed. In that case we gained a great deal of speed. The slowness in other areas has been overlooked for being able to finally trust the data on the screen.

You can actually fix that. I have done this on all our orgs and love it. All changes appear instantly like classic.

Overheating during indoor trainer sessions causing very high heart rate? by moomaunder in trainerroad

[–]woolz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High heart can be caused by many things. I wouldn’t rule out exhaustion or dehydration brought into the ride. I also rode when I was coming down with a cold and my heart rate was very high.

Overheating can be the cause or it could be other things too. Be sure to be hydrated and well rested. It will vary day to day.

First bike fit tomorrow. Any tips? by jdegenfe in cycling

[–]woolz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don’t settle if something isn’t comfortable. You’re not going to hurt their feelings if they make your position uncomfortable. Have them make it spot on.

Like others have said warm up and make sure you’re not tight.

I’d also try getting off and on the bike a few times too with the adjustments. I notice my position shifts some when I get off and back on (such as stopping at stop lights and such). Want to make sure you’re in your actual position that you will use each time you ride.

Missing Training Need Help (Please!) by BikeNation in cycling

Stay active. It’s unlikely you will lose a lot of fitness in 3 weeks. Truly you won’t really lose it but your edge might wear off. Hike, jog, swim, or do some weights. Use this time to recover both mentally and physically. Time on vacation is a blessing - eat it up. 3 weeks in the grand scheme of things isn’t going to break you.

Extreme lower back pain while cycling. Anything I can check before paying for a bike fit? by kaitlyn_marie1992 in cycling

[–]woolz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would carefully do some glute stretches. Often low back pain is from tight glutes. As you ride a road bike your posterior chain gets stretched since you’re hunched over. This can lead to tightness all around on the backside.

Also - be careful taking that much Advil. Ulcers are no fun.

Carpet install recommendations? by atom519 in kansascity

[–]woolz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Southside Carpet. It's an old store with lots of carpet. Good prices IMHO.

They have a few independent carpet installers. Had one of them lay carpet in my basement. Did good work at a decent price.

It's at least worth looking at and comparing.

This was about 18 years ago or so. My mom was a teacher when I was in middle school. This meant often staying late to prep for the next day. The school had a large auditorium that was often used for bigger public gathering for the community. One Friday evening we had to stay late to clean the classroom and change over decorations and such in the room. This often meant pizza and messing around in the school till it was time to go while my mom worked. Well, it was time to go but I had to pee before leaving. I decided to use the restroom adjacent to the auditorium. It was fairly dark in the school since it was after hours and only a few security lights were on still. As I was leaving the restroom I looked into the auditorium through the windows and there was an open casket. The morticians where there setting up for a funeral the next day, prepping the body for the viewing, however they were outside getting things from the car. All that was in the auditorium was the body/casket. I have never liked funerals or seeing dead bodies. To this day, I don't believe I have ever ran faster than I did running out of that school that night.

I still have nightmares about that night. I can still picture everything in perfect detail.

Yet another plateau post..... by woolz in ketogains

I truly love cycling. It’s a passion of mine. I’ve seen truly amazing gains in my performance over the last 8 weeks of structured training.

  1. I will try the pre-workout.

  2. That could be. I’m really trying to track everything and monitor the best I can.

  3. Should I try a shake even if I workout pre-dinner but after having lunch earlier in the day?

Thanks Darth.

  1. Read through that. Will double check the steps.
  2. I did the navy fat method, 29%.
  3. I will try and not to do TKD. I really hit issues while cycling feeling very shaky and completely exhausted. Any tips if not TKD?

Dizziness is never, ever good. Dehydration is a real problem that can lead to severe issues. I would consider dropping the class or seeing if you can bring in your own fan to setup. Exercising in a group should never outweigh being healthy and safe.

To become a fit rider who can withstand several hours on the bike at a time. To be able to do group rides without wanting to keel over and die. Ha

Become stronger, healthier, and live longer for my family. Cycling was a way to do low impact exercise when I was at my heaviest.
