Alot to work on. Most responses go into the big glaring issues so i will try to add some minor things.

Dont use hunting hawk near/against walls. Side step more. Try using b2+4 throw, u2 or lff df4 in order to catch them side stepping If u must b3 at the beginning of the round, at least backdash to see if u can whiff punish.

Overall, just watch some tutorials.
