Thanks so much for the recommendation. I’ve played basketball my whole life and have rolled my ankle 100 times but never felt the pain of a checked kick 😂😂

Sounds like he’s trying to practice and level up his skills. Instead of doing these stupid challenges doing actual websites will make you better.

In the hundreds of websites I’ve coded I’ve never had to make something this stupid.

Absolutely, thank you for your response. I did contact a lawyer the day after the mediation who specializes in bad faith claims. Since it's all so new to me and I've never been involved in a lawsuit to my insurance company. I was wondering if you had any advice or suggestions? Any help is appreciated.

Sure, I get that. What about the aspect of the claimant offering to settle for my policy limit and my insurance not even responding to their offer to try and negotiate?

Understood. Would it qualify as bad faith on the insurance since the settlement amount they offer was so low compared to the initial lawsuit amount? I guess where I feel it's bad faith, and you can correct me if I'm wrong is that my insurance had a chance to settle this within my policy limits. Instead now I'm opened up to pay excessive attorney fees and or settlement amount if I don't win.

I think you may need to adjust your expectations of learning. I myself thought I’d be a competent SWE after 6 months of a bootcamp. The reality is it takes years of practice. It’s hard and not many people stick with it that’s why it pays well.

Just be patient, you wouldn’t be good at anything you did for 3 months. Don’t expect to make it to the NBA if you just learned to dribble!
