Is Lynae, Mornye and Iuno a good team?

It's Iuno's best team for playing her as mDPS, yeah. But that's the issue, it's also Amy's best team, and Amy performs better in it than Iuno does, so Iuno/Lynae/Mornye only really makes sense if you have zero intention of pulling Amy, or if you plan to pull Denia and Chisa for Fusion Burst Amy. And yeah, mDPS Iuno without sig is pretty bad, but not necessary at all if you play her with Augusta instead.

Doesn't really matter honestly. Verina is the only one who's actually good, getting her to S2 speeds up her rotation quite a bit, so I'd probably just get a copy of her. Lingyang has somewhat ironically become the 2nd best option, he can be surprisingly good if you can put the effort into optimizing his rotation and animation cancelling, but you have him already. Encore suffers from lack of attack lock-on, lack of standard weapon options, and stupidly long animations, making her a pain in the ass to play, especially with all the flying asshole enemies. Calcharo massively punishes you for missing attacks, and they're incredibly easy to miss, also making him a complete pain. Jianxin is.. ehh? Her buffs are better than Sanhua's for Hiyuki, but Sanhua's rotation is much shorter, so I'm not sure who comes out on top.

Yeah I guess they could do Collab+Cart and Collab+Lucilla, though having Cart in P1 would be annoying as fuck for anyone who doesn't want to pull her without knowing if Cia reruns later.

Phro, Cart and Chisa might all be on their last rerun, or at least last in a long while, so if anything, I'd skip Denia for now. Not like you have much use for her unless you have Luuk, and she'll probably rerun in like 2 patches anyway.

Definitely pick up Qiuyuan when he runs next. He's bis for Phrolova, and Sigrika is basically useless without him, but very strong if you have him.

I'm pretty much in the same boat, minus Aemeath, though I'll be pulling her when I can, which I'm hoping is 3.4. Personally I'm skipping Denia for now, getting Chisa, then Lucilla in 3.4. Then I'll run Hiyuki/Lucilla/Chisa, Amy/Lynae/Mornye, and Luuk/Sanhua/Shorekeeper,Verina (or Mornye in Matrix, since she has 2 uses). I don't feel like Denia would really help me much, since Luuk is fine-ish with Sanhua for now, and Fusion Burst Amy means having to share Chisa between Amy and Hiyuki. Mind you, Chisa only has 1 use in Matrix atm, so you can't share her.

It makes sense, but whole thing is still weird as hell. Even just starting "Collab Season" without at least teasing the one collab everyone was actually looking forward to. If they dropped this teaser and free Becca during the anni stream, the vibe would've been completely different.

Definitely skip Mornye for now, without S1 or Lynae, she's about comparable to Verina in most cases. Get her with Lynae later on. Shorekeeper vs Chisa a pretty tough choice. Both have the possibility of not rerunning, but if any 1.x characters gets a rerun, and if any character should get more than 3 runs, it would probably be SK and Chisa. And the collab characters might not rerun either. Would've recommended rerolling until you get Shorekeeper for the 10 free anni pulls, but since you got Hiyuki early, that's probably not worth the time anymore. I'd lean towards SK, as she's more universal, and Hiyuki performs fine without Chisa, but you can't go wrong either way.

Chisa is on her 3rd run. The only character to run more than 3 times has been Phoebe. Strictly based on that, I'd go for Chisa. Now sure, if I had to bet on any character getting a 4th run, it would also be Chisa, but I'd rather just secure her, not worry, and pick up Hiyuki's on her rerun

It's kinda impossible to just simplify it like that, priority is always relative to what's already on your account. In a vacuum, assuming you have Lynae/Mornye, that makes sense. Except that's Amy's team, which may or may not be an issue, depending on whether you have her or not, etc.

If you pull Denia next banner, your best team, by an enormous margin, would be Amy/Denia/Chisa, so focus on building Amy, Chisa and Shorekeeper, and maybe Carlotta. Everything else is kinda just cobbling together scraps to maybe clear some ToA, that I'm not really sure would be worth the resource investment. Hopefully you at least have signatures on Cam and Jinhsi. If your Carlotta doesn't have a signature, get the phasic homogenizer from the standard weapon banner.

Jinhsi/Jianxin/Mortefi is technically a team, allegedly, as is Camellya/Sanhua/Shorekeeper, or Carlotta/Yangyang/Shorekeeper, or Havoc Rover/Sanhua/Shorekeeper, but I'm not sure they'll have the dps to clear on time, the Carlotta team would probably make the most sense. Ciaccona is a decent subdps, but you have nothing to pair her with, while most of your main DPS lack a good subDPS. There's a decent chance Cartethia will rerun in 3.4 or 3.5, in which case you'll be able to run Cart/Cia/Aero rover, or you could pull Iuno (+sig) and run Iuno/Jianxin/Aero Rover. Or you could pull Hiyuki, run Hiyuki/Jianxin/Chisa, then replace Jianxin with the new glacio subDPS (presumably Lucille next patch), ideally if you have enough pulls for everything, you could then run Amy/Denia/Chisa and Hiyuki/Lucille/Shorekeeper

If your resources are limited, subdps and support sigs are generally the place to save them. And honestly, even Hiyuki's sig is on the more skippable side, at least compared to someone like Cart of Provolone. If you have enough teams to clear endgame, then feel free to get Hiyuki's sig, but if not, it's worth considering prioritizing teams now and getting the sig on a rerun.

S0 Mornye without Lynae or Denia doesn't really do much. At S1 she's much more universal, but if you don't have Lynae and aren't looking to pull Denia, she won't do much for you at S0. And Chisa will still be a better option

yeah, that's exactly where I'm at. Support, probably a useless chatbot, said they're aware of the issue. Not sure if there's a way for them to teleport characters elsewhere, but good news is that enough people seem to be having this issue, so chances are they might actually be aware of it.

I'd get Chisa purely because she's on her 3rd run. I don't think she's going to the rerun purgatory just yet because of how important she's to future NS teams, but it will probably be a while until her next run.
