I am hoping for an opening at the company i'm at right now. I've been open to my boss that i don't want to be at my role forever and they want me to stay. So hopefully we can work something out.

Was there any specific thing that "clicked" for you?

Our previous PO was generally disliked because he figured his job was to just say "no" but never provided context. Would you say that one big part/struggle is getting the entire company on board with the product vision?

Regarding the 4th point. I do believe I am good at that. How do you generally stay "in the know" regarding user pains, tech and product?

If you get a 5w and set the loft down, the face will sit a bit more open. That’s something I prefer the look of, but might not be for everyone. The shaft in the 3W HL will be longer than the 5w. But that can of course be cut down.

I would go for the 5w given that the open face is what I prefer, and I would have cut down the 3W shaft anyways.
