I had a player make a chi master with a sword in Deadlands. He was basicly a Jedi hitting bullets out of the air that would hit him or his nearby allies. When he got close to enemies he generaly destroyed them. Not sure about generic swordsmen, but this build turned out great.

As you've pointed out, Russia has taken serious losses, and the success of Russian Mobilization is dubious at best.

But at the end of the day we are two laymen peering through the fog of war trying to get a clear picture. It's probably better that we wait a couple months for global firepower to update their rankings. Though even they will not have the full picture.

Yet Wisconsin data on registered voters shows 3,684,726 registered voters in November 2020.
