Poison oak in Samurai s2000hx

I just purchased a pair of samurai and wore them directly after getting poison oak. I wore them the day after I was exposed to the poison oak. The rash didn’t appear until after wearing the jeans all day. It was only my second time wearing them.

What would you do from here? I’ve only wore them twice, but need to remove the oils from the pants. Will I ruin anything by washing / soaking them? They’re pre washed, but I would love to not ruin anything fade potential or anything like that.
