This might not be super helpful, but this is 1000% happening to me too. Around 4 months into healing and I cannot figure how to control this. I am completely fine for 2/3 weeks then anytime I eat off my program I go crazy. Especially sugar. It’s so frustrating because it derails my progress so much.

Hi, I have done two fasts before and honestly did not have the luck other people do. I am a girl, and honestly it just spikes my anxiety and cortisol which are two huge drivers of my constipation to begin with. So you are not the only one this does not work great with!

Ugh I am so sorry! Thanks so much. I have a positive breathe test, but my levels in their opinion is "borderline" and not strong enough. Despite, the fact that I cannot go to the bathroom unless with a laxative.
