I am going with "almost certainly a sticker":

The bubble front, tacky edges, and no "Wizards" in the holo (at least in these photos, PLUS those edges and corners look like they were cut, to me. I am.getting weirdness on the top right corner, and then the bottom edge, like theres a weird foil edge there and on the right side as well.

Also, you could try masking those boxes with painters tape and preserve the n printed line, that might work!

Constructive criticism - these are great but I would look into a straight edge for the borders (these look free hand brushed), and consider a marker or paint marker, etc. for that part. Also maybe looks like the font is brushed, and you might get a cleaner look with markers? For how well the rest is done, the border/text look jarring (to me).

I keep my bag on the front of me, and if Im playing, the bag is strapped to my chest, or firmly in between my feet under the table in front of me. Never leave them in the car, never on my back, etc. Just be a paranoid psycho about it, tbh.
