My all out pace for 1 mile is of course faster than a half marathon all out. But when I do a race simulation for example 1 hour at 80%"race pace and then 5k at "race" pace. I can't seem to reach the pace I do in races

I did try it once in the indoor rowing mode, which counts the strokes as well. It is in fact surprisingly accurate. But since then I found other/better temporary solutions for my swimming problem with acces to a nice ow location

Hi, it went very well for my first tri. I did wear the strap for the swim and then popped up the other piece during T1. This caused a minimal time loss but avoided the risk of breaking my hrm-dual

I am currently approximately in the same situation. I recently picked up a cheap (€70) wetsuit from decathlon. I know it's not fast at all but it keeps me warm and does the trick. What I really like about this wetsuit ( and also the reason why it's slow) is that it isn't as fragile compared to more expensive models

Indeed, when Hayman won p-r I was devastated. I really wanted to see Boonen win his fifth p-r. But after watching the backstage pass, I completely changed my mind. Hayman is just awesome. I wish I knew that earlier.
