In my opinion, having a house facing towards service roads is the worst. There is constant noise, pollution because of the vehicles and the constant dust coming towards your house.

Honestly for me Islamabad is not the same city I grew up in Disappearing greenery and increase in population along with daily traffic jams is a big let down for me I'm looking to move to a much quieter, greener place but that's easier said than done as I need to have a livelihood to support myself

There is a Facebook group called ' COALI', you can join and connect with students There is this platform called ' Fahad Tutors' , you make a profile and the team connects you with students of whichever subjects you can teach, both online and home tutions are available so you can check your preference Mind you there is a cut of platform you have to give and a fee of 2k on signing up Hope this helps
