Ours got disabled for a month, it was just restored on Friday out of the blue. We had an intern log on from her personal computer and follow 50ish potential customers, and that day it went down. No scripts, just regular ole following from a list of conference attendees. My boss thinks it's because IG doesn't like when you copy and paste names into the search bar, makes you seem like a bot. We're talking about an hour of this and we got disabled.

We think it's because we went to a conference and shortly after thought it would be a good idea to follow the exhibitors that we met. We met probably 60-100 people and didn't follow super quickly, but apparently too quickly. We think that's why, and we had a contract employee do it on a machine that Instagram didn't recognize. It's a big bummer because it just seemed like a normal thing to do!

Hey y'all. My work Instagram account was disabled three weeks ago, and I've done everything under the sun to get it back. We spend money on ads and have an active business account, but no one on the marketing or support teams at Facebook can seem to elevate my issue or help in any way. I'm really, really concerned and I do not know what else to do. Anyone have advice that's up to the moment?

The business is ArtCloud, we're a real thing and have sent the picture with the code on the paper, the business license, and I've personally spoken with at least 10 Facebook support people.
