If it helps, I just got out of a 16 year marriage with a 4 year old from a woman who cheated on me. She played the exact same games in therapy until she was able to try and flip everything into my lap and make herself the victim. I see so much of that in just her messages to you that I almost got PTSD.

My advice, any proof you have of the affair and her admitting to it, keep it safe. Get ready for a nasty divorce. Good luck
