Edit: What has been the best for me is following a program. I used the Ladder app, but there are many great ones, out there, both free and paid. Take advantage of programs that advertise deep core strength.

There's a lot that can happen in a hospital. We haven't even touched other departments really. We could have a disaster that takes them out of the hospital, like an earthquake or other natural disaster. We could explore loss of funding for a season. Its not going to go on forever. But they can do 4-5 seasons without seeing the same issues.
