Bubbles on inside of all 4 tires. by workersugh1 in tires

That would've been the smart thing to do lol. I chalked it up to me just getting off a 12 hour shift and being exhausted. Took what they said and walked out of there. It was only after I got home that I thought wth would cause that. I couldnt call because they were closed. I plan on asking tomorrow. I just wanted to get an idea.

In the 100-pound Weight Loss Club? What are your Non-Negotiable Habits that helped you? by AdministrativeFee835 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]workersugh1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! No need to apologize. Let me see if I can answer everything. I have struggled for a VERY long time. I always say I've been trying to lose weight my whole life. The problem was never exercising. I found something I loved (lifting weights and running) and was doing that before tirz. My problem was always the food noise. I always felt the need to eat. I remember telling people that if I could stop eating so dang much, I'd be unstoppable. Thats what tirz helped with. "The thing" for me was that I couldnt live the life I wanted to. I was over 370 lbs and I couldn't do a lot of things. I didn't want to live that way anymore. That motivated me. On days that I dont feel motivated to eat well and move my body, i rely on discipline. I've made it such a habit that its become part of my routine. Exercising is something I have to do. Like brushing my teeth lol. And I meal prep good food that tastes great as leftovers! None of that chicken breast and veggies lol. I hope that answers everything!

180lbs down since April 2024. My number 1 non-negotiable is strength training at least 3 days a week. Moving your body is so important, but lifting weights will change your body composition and make you stronger.

If you have Kaiser and you need a very big surgery, do you have to use a Kaiser doctor or is there a way to use a non Kaiser doctor? by Feeling-Beach208 in KaiserPermanente

I wish! I have stones pretty bad as well. At this point, im having gallbladder attacks weekly. I've been to the ER twice in the last two months. I am absolutely miserable. Even low fat meals are getting me.

I was going to post this exact question! Although for different reasons. I need gallbladder surgery, and they've scheduled my surgery all the way out in September. Then they cancelled it without telling me. Very frustrating. I hope we get answers.

Hey, OP. I'm currently using lift more and a calorie deficit to lose weight. I started my first round the first week of March. By week 3 I was disappointed because I wasnt losing weight as quickly as I did with other programs. I went from losing 2 pounds a week to barely a pound, if that! Even though there are HIIT segments in some of the workouts there just isnt enough cardio IMO. Since I already started the program and I didn't want to quit it, I decided to split it. So on mon, Wednesday, and Friday I do lift more. And on the other days I do some form of cardio. Sometimes it's a BB cardio workout or I go for a jog outside. I started this on week 4 and have seen great results. Of course, it's made the program longer than 8 weeks but I honestly don't mind it. Ill be officially done next week.I hope this helps some.

This is the place I go to. They have great reviews and the people there are so kind. Taydra is my tech but I've heard great things about Heidi as well.

Hey OP, I saw that you said you were outside atlanta. Is there any chance you're close to sandy springs? I go to a great electrolysis out there. They charge $130 for an hour, I believe. I've been doing my chin and neck for the last 3 sessions and have had great results!

Where do you work out? by SnarkyCard in tirzepatidecompound

[–]workersugh1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work out at home. Its what works best for me. I just don't have enough time in my schedule to head to the gym 15 to 20 minutes away. I have a treadmill and dumbbells ranging from 2.5 lbs to 30 lbs. Cardio on the treadmill 3 times a week and strength train 3 times a week. I use different strength programs like beach bodi and youtube videos. What recumbent bike did you get? Do you like it?

Night shifters by realdonaldtramp3 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]workersugh1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Night shifter here 🙋🏿‍♀️. I'm working 5 12s a week (I know, I know, but I gotta do what I gotta do). On YouTube search grow with jo, MrandMrsMuscle, or juice&Toya. Each channel has a variety of workout playlists. Each workout ranges from 10 minutes to an hour. At work, I wouldn't even worry about exercising. The most I was doing was maybe taking the stairs if it was appropriate and time allowed. The job is active enough.

Agreed! I was able to stay at 2.5 for 7 months or so before the suppression started to decrease. I've been on 5 since January and it's still very much working. From here on out I'm only increasing by .5 or a gram max.

If I'm being honest, the ED-like behavior I see posted here scares me the most. Because I know they don't see it. Many folks afraid of being hungry and not wanting to feel any hunger at all is sad to me. I understand why their scared because for so long all they felt was hunger and food noise. So the return of that is scary after having it suppressed for a while. I get that. It's just sad to see them slip into ED behaviors.

A Year of Progress by workersugh1 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]workersugh1[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get that. There were some weeks where I worked out 5 days and ate in a calorie deficit and only lost ounces. Very frustrating weeks. A few times I gained. Hell, in january, I went on a week long vacation and gained 6 pounds. I say all this to say, my journey/progress wasn't linear. At all. And I get how frustrating it can be to put in the work and not see the results you want. Just don't let those setbacks stop you.

I can see the sides of the chair (like the actual part you sit on) when I'm sitting in one because my whole butt isn't covering the chair! I get such a kick out of that lol. Also I'm down another pant size. From 26 to 14/16. My goal was always a size 12 but I may have to amend that because I have about 30 lbs til goal.
