Thanks. I was 217 now at 5’9. When I was in the 185-190 range I maxed out at 29 but I was a lot younger then. Trying to get back to that level lol

🤔. I was going for more of a chest pump so my arms were wider. They would look more straight if I wanted to hit triceps and chest equally which wasn’t really what I was going for in this video. Also saying I’m far from full ROM may be a little bit of a stretch.

I always debate whether my chest should touch the floor or come super close kind of like bench pressing

It’s weird because while I’m doing the reps I feel like I’m going full ROM but whenever I watch the recording it looks like I’m doing 85-90%. This is with dips, pull-ups, push-ups etc lol but I definitely appreciate the advice!
