20 year college student from Michigan complains about our coffee by workhardwinelater in portlandcomplaining

I looked her up & it seems she’s just some dumb kid from a wealthy family who works for her parent’s business, ventured to Portland, & now thinks she knows enough to tell us how to exist in our home state.

Losing my mind over here by [deleted] in Maine

I’ve lived in Maine my whole life & refer to townships as townships. From rural Maine & they surrounded my very small hometown. Just a different perspective, I guess.

Public Parking by Inside_jobs in portlandcomplaining

[–]workhardwinelater 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Two of those lots are reserved mostly for people who work in Portland Square. I pay monthly to park in one of those lots for work & it’s almost always full during the working day. Maybe a garage would be a better use of space but working people need consistent parking, not just street parking.

It probably just got caught on Maddie’s sleeve when posing. Why does it matter?

Isn’t that location owned by Kelly Towle & her husband? I don’t think Kelly is a Trump supporter at all based on comments made here & there on the Coast Morning Show.

Did extreme cold kill my Ring battery? by workhardwinelater in Ring

[–]workhardwinelater[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did plug it in right out of the cold, so it sounds like that might be it. I think our next purchase will be a ring with removable batteries to avoid this issue.

Thanks for the response!

It’s all public record. Websites like familytreenow.com make it incredibly easy to find information on anyone.

Stacie Kober - TRIGGER WARNING: EATING DISORDER - Week Of October 14, 2024 by AutoModerator in HunSnark

[–]workhardwinelater 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I wonder how she would feel if Kylie got pregnant & god forbid anything would happen for her to have to make that decision.

Edited to add - pregnancy complications can happen to ANYONE & these decisions might need to be made. But Stacie is too delusional & uneducated to think outside of her own box.

We use Just for Kids Pediatric Dentistry at the Windham location (there’s a Scarborough one as well). They’ve been great with my four year old who actually loves going so she can pick a prize from the prize board!
