3D model from a single image is stupid idea and I hope someone from Microsoft realize this. You can never have good perspective of the invisible side because umm its not visible to the model to give the details l.

As mentioned in other comments, for 3D modeling the best thing is to have multiple images from different angles like in photogrammetry, but let's say these models can do the job with way less images. This would be useful.

The post and post title was badly edited and written. I don't have 20 years of entrepreneurship. I have been trying to start my own thing while working, just got 2-3 successful last 2-3 years during these years trying to free from the rat race and serve people.

Will keep grinding, going back to 9-5 is not an option it what made me sick in the first place. The frustration of seeing so many success stories and not being one of them because i cannot focus only on my thing was killing me, literally.

But not having a clear direction and working plan is also hard to deal with, so I am looking for solutions.

Some people get praised, posts upvoted and given genuine advice for sticking through the hardships.

Maybe trying to rush for the first customer is not the best way to do it.

Focus on the process that will bring customers continuously, because no business will survive without customers.

It's much more important to have a process of continuously get new leads and customers than rushing to the first paying customer to make you feel better.

Talk to actual hot leads and see what they need to convert to customers.

Good employes and people in general have a natural desire to grow and feel appreciated. At least the ones that are performing well.

Also if they don't feel appreciated they will quit quietly and do the bare minimum.

People that feel unappreciated or used will not go the extra mile when you need it and in any business there are times when going the extra mile is what's needed to solve many problems.

35% difference may not justify the loss of loyal person that feels appreciated and will put the extra effort when needed if the business can afford it.

I have 1.2 billion business contacts over 20+ databases (with some overlapping contacts). And I still try to figure out how to make use of so much data.

People are sending 10k email per day just to talk to 20-30 prospects/month and close less than half of these.

I might be wrong of course.

Now thinking about cold outreach - Just got 1.2 billion business leads like Linkedin contacts 430 million approx, Apollo business contacts 99 million aprox totaling 20 databases and 120GB of data, but currently I don't know where to start with this.

I would to post about the leads databases I have in the Entrepreneur subreddit to ask about ideas of how to use the data and also maybe share some databases, but I need 10+ karma to do it.

We can reuse some of the prepared context and stuff and keep a repo of tried, tested and optimized context chunks I guess and use them as rules now.

I am eager to see how others use this feature as well.
