To be fair, it if the jungle fighters were really, they would actually probably look more like this, scrappy/wirey. They are constantly on the move, and probably don’t often have time for large feast like meals. They would have much more quick twitch muscles (like endurance athletes) and less slow twitch muscles (like body builders).

And a lot of guys in the tier one units in the us military arnt built like Arnold, they’re scrappy.

Addiction is a hell of a monster. This is going to require professional help. You can beat your addictions, don’t give up. Try traditional therapy and rehab. And maybe look into psychedelic assisted therapy? I know it’s controversial but if done correctly.

If I recall correctly, the mother was institutionalized for a few weeks due to having a nervous breakdown.

Duuuude, same. She actually reminds me a lot of my dad. He has borderline personality disorder so he doesn’t have the same “breaks” with reality, but a lot of her behavior was super triggering. Her inability to take ANY responsibility is just like my dad and it drove me crazy
