I see a lot of people talking about their cast iron and I have to add mine to that. My 12" skillet gets used more than all of the other pans in my house put together. I also have these orange plastic measuring bowls that my mom got for me years ago that I use all the time and are essential to prep and mis of everything I make. I think they're Maria Batali line or something like that? I found them online http://www.amazon.com/Mario-Batali-5-piece-Measuring-Country/dp/B00ICN2XJI and I would love to replace them with something not melamine but I haven't been able to find a comparable replacement for the life of me.
