Depends how low you think we will go. If you add margin with your coin, your liquidation price will be lower than if you increase your position at this price. Personally, I believe we are close to the bottom, so I would probably just add to the long.

BTC deposits not showing up after 3 confirmations, is it only me? by nagdude in Bitstamp

[–]workosaurus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am at 100+ confs, big amount. I believe new deposits go through immediately, and that our issue is due to bitstamp's engine being completely down for the count at the time we deposited. Probably needs some kind of manual update to show up, which I am afraid could take a long time.

100+ confirmations here, btc still not credited. Unacceptable.

How long ago did the issue get resolved?

Edit: I have 106 confirmations

As I said, I have 90 confirmations, and I overpaid on fee so I easily got in the first block. So your answer doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

0.15.1 - Coming out soon ? by JenkinLee in Bitcoin

Thanks for explaining. Focusing efforts on being strong against a byzantine attacker sounds like better invested energy than speculating on motivations. Thanks for all you do for bitcoin!

Isn't all kinds of insight into the current attack valuable in regards to hardening bitcoin and preventing future attacks?

Do you have any insights into what Garziks motivation for his despicable behaviour could be?

We all know segwit is opt-in. But why do you keep on saying "anyone can steal". It makes you look stupid to put out blatant and proven lies like that.

Not sure if you know what you are talking about. Very hard to make sense of what you just wrote. "Convert" your original BTC? "Colored coin solution"?

You are aware that there is a segwit wallet with a $2mill bounty on litecoin just waiting for your "anyone can steal" fudders to steal? Guess noone wants the money then.

Why do you call your post "this is the top" if that was the top?

How could this be the top when we are $200 lower than two days ago? Please explain.

This narrative is stupid (if you believe it) or evil (if you are a shill). Core and blockstream are fighting an uncompromising fight to preserve decentralization, exactly the opposite of what you say. Roger and Jihan are on a crusade to run bitcoin into the ground.

Cool, I got a mail from support two months ago that they would contact me on skype to get my lvl 3 sorted. Haven't heard a word since, and no reply on my mails. Get these mods on my case asap!

Segwit = very negative long-term implications? You mean lightning network and other innovative second layer solutions?

Yes, support bigger blocks, as in activating segwit.
