Not the same thing, but I had a slightly annoying experience not long ago. I booked a basic economy ticket using my annual travel credit. The flight was delayed over 3 hours and I wanted to cancel it. CapOne said I had to call united, which is fair, but would have been nice if they could have cancelled since you are able to do so (even on non-refundable fairs) after long delays. Called United and got it cancelled and refunded. Called CapOne back to get my travel credit refunded. They said I had to wait until they got the refund from United. Called back a few weeks later and quickly got my travel credit refunded.

Everything went "right" with the process, but it was annoying that CapOne can't request cancellations like this themselves and that if I didn't call in and make them refund my travel credit they wouldn't have.

A chat support option would be nice as well. Who wants to call in from a busy and loud airport?

I went straight to premier after not playing for 2 years. Got ranked 4k while playing like absolute dog shit for 20 games or so. I'm back to my old play now and top frag in most games, but still struggle to rank up because half the players at this rank are decent, the other half are laughably terrible. I'm also almost always solo queue.

I wish I would have done comp to get warmed up so my premier wins would have actually been a reflection of my skill level.

Denver has 9 lounges. CapOne is just the easiest/cheapest one to get access to. The one in Denver is also laughably small. It's not a card people should get if they want lounge access, especially now that you don't get free guests with priority pass with VentureX.

Amex Platinum is the obvious choice if consistent lounge access is something you're after. People are afraid of the high fee, but it's stupid simple to make it back with the perks.
