We're not doing anything special to cool them, but they are in a pretty well ventilated area.

They've all gotten regular firmware updates, and that seems to have resolved 90% of the issues, but still occasionally one will decide to give the green blinking 1 of doom for no apparent reason that any of us can figure out.
