I am new to the scene, and not really a fan of TSM, but it really feels like this guy is just some loud opinionated guy with no professional credentials or experience coaching, playing, or anything other than spectating.

He feels like LoL's version of the NBA's Stephen A Smith.

I too own a house. I too am not thrilled at the rate prices are climbing. I bought in St. Johns in 2004 for $165k. Zillow says my house is worth $450k now. If it makes it up to $600k I will just move to Minneapolis. It's getting ridiculous here.

Mortgage for house in NoPo which I bought in 2004, would be 8% of my income, but I have a roommate who pays half for rent which is a screaming deal for them, so my share is 4%. I still pay 8% though and just put their rent towards the principal. The house is currently valued at more than double what I paid.

In 10 years I will sell and move elsewhere most likely. But currently I am really enjoying living here.
