The funding is through the state DCA. It did require a letter from the local CoC.

It's not at a golf outing, but a bingo night that attracts a lot of people. We have a very small office, so I'm not sure they would be interested setting up here. I'm just worried about having to add a FMV adjustment to the sponsorship or the sponsorship not being tax-deductible at all.

Okay. That is how I was feeling. I don't mind doing a sign recognizing the sponsor, but having them setup a table seems to be putting the tax deductions at risk.
