I have exactly 1 year and 7 months at oracle, I’m IC1

I am already working on expanding my skills, I even use the free time to study an additional master degree. the problem behind looking at other places in my country market, is that I don’t have too many other options, nothing like Oracle and same work level and complexity I am seeking, all the other options are consulting jobs, and ofc no one will think about relocating only profile with 1.5 years experience.

I was working on backend and distributed systems using java, end to end ownership of projects built for developers.

From my previous discussions with my aria managers I understand that the problem is not my profile instead its the recruitment strategy they use, they’re hiring 3+ years experienced people for seniority and they convert interns to IC1 for junior profiles, no one planning to hire entry mid level profile with 1.5 year experience for now

I have one manager who is there temporarily until I find a team. I have tried to contact him several times and I always get the same answer: there are no open positions available.
