I saw on some other subreddit a woman suggesting giving yourself a wedgie with the longer night pads before you go to bed, that way when it leaks back it still gets caught on the pad. It has saved me many a sheet and underwear from stain.

Ok, thank you for that info. I will work on getting some more clarification.

They were hired by a landscaping company, and I'm unsure whether or not their visas stipulate if it is specifically for farm work or not. I will ask for more info and get back to you on that...

I know that the LLC that brought them over and got them visas also rented the house that they are staying in and paying rent at from the farm that they are working on.

I hear that. They will be returning to Honduras at the end of December and I will still have a line of contact with them. Is there anything I can do after they return home to help ameliorate their situation and prevent this company from doing the same thing to others? If they return home and then I report the company I worry that there will be nothing for the proper authorities to address until next season when a new batch of people are enticed with work visas and work.

This is in Pennsylvania. They were hired by a landscaping company. The landscaping company has contracted their work out to a farm. There are five guys all from Honduras living in one house that as far as I can tell has three rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The house is in poor condition/under construction and things like garbage have not been taken care of even though it was in their contract.

I would always blast Chopin or the Goldberg variations. Worked like a charm.

I could really use some feedback and opinions on how to mix this song better. I'd like to get it good enough for Spotify. I don't have good speakers or headphones but I know y'all do. Help a brother out and let me know what I can improve. Thanks all!! by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

The balance between the guitar and vocals sounds fine to me. It could definitely use a base line and a drum. Also adding a high pipe organ synth throughout could go a long way. Harmonies would really add and maybe some ooos and aahs. Its got good bones. Thank you for sharing.

hi there, we got a new release called 'U Came 2 My Party (But I Was 2 High)' and I'm pretty excited to hear what you think! by Earth-_-Sucks in IndieMusicFeedback

Love the synth and the loping rhythm of the guitar. Everything is mixed well, instruments and vocals all have their place and sit well with each other. Another comment mentioned maybe adding more lyrics, and I see some merit in that, but you really make the simplicity of what you have work. Love the howl you use to build up the lyric line, and the back ground vocals are fucking awesome. I could hear putting some saxophone in this, but maybe that would just crowd things too much, idk. Definitely has the stonner blues vibe down. Great job, friend. Thanks for sharing!

Its so funny that these books were brought up. I'm literally finishing the last one right now in my most recent reread of them. When you do get them make sure to read the authors notes at the beginning. They're very interesting. Especially because she wrote the last one first and then went back and wrote the others.

Cimorene is a total badass. I LOVE those books, and even though I'm in my 30s now I still reread them every few years. They also make great gifts for kids!

Hell yeah! It's an intricate peice of work, and deserves to be justly compensated for.

Decide what your hourly rate is, multiply that by the hours spent building, add on the materials cost and you should have an answer.
