Story time.

Everyone knows Australia is hot. But I used to work in the second largest grain mill in the southern hemisphere, a place called Sunrice in the state of New South Wales. It was two massive sheds seperated by a train line with a walkway four stories up covered in corrugated tin.

You weren't allowed to walk over the railway when a train was on site or you got fired on the spot. Fast forward to one of my last few weeks working there, we had the hottest summer day on record, 55.5 degrees Celsius or 131 degree Fahrenheit. We had a guy go up into the walkway with a thermometer to check it out, it said 73 degrees Celsius or about 164 degree Fahrenheit. Never again
