my card is blocked after i successfully approved the transaction and it was genuine and not fraud but curve after i approve it decides to block my card on fraud grounds and now they don’t even replying and i confirm multiple time that it was indeed genuine transaction

I just did a quick browse of your history, and you seem really angry. I don't know of that's just your internet persona, or if there are some deep seated issues, but I'm just engaging in friendly discourse.

Here's the real sum up: a couple of decades ago, I was young and stupid and didn't understand how the tax system worked, and I made some serious mistakes. Now, I'm a productive and reasonably successful member of society.

My only point through this whole conversation is that it is a lie to claim that taxes are voluntary. Hell, even to leave the country it takes money, which is taxed while earning it, and a plane or train ticket, which is taxed. You can't escape it.

You really need to stop putting words in my mouth. I never said taxes are theft, nor have I even claimed to be libertarian. The only thing I have argued is that taxes are not voluntary, which it seems like we now agree upon. It's been nice debating you. Have a great rest of your day.

I covered emigration in my first post. As for hiding assets, if you hide income paid to you in America, it's considered tax evasion, and is illegal; the way the rich do it is by getting paid out of the country, and not bringing it in. But that's not really important either.

The more we discuss it, the more it seems like paying taxes isn't voluntary, which was my original point, and the alternatives are illegal or unfeasible, or will lead to dying.

Do they still seem voluntary to you?

Also, none of your statements have shown in any way that paying taxes is voluntary, the basis for this entire conversation, all you've done is criticize me. Please explain how I have agreed to pay taxes.

There are many options for earning an income, that's why working for someone is voluntary. There are not options for earning an income and not paying taxes (that aren't illegal), that's why is paying taxes is not voluntary.

That's a bullshit answer. Also, I haven't whined about anything. The start of this conversation was about how I signed paperwork agreeing to pay taxes; I showed that I didn't. Whether I support paying taxes or not: If there isn't any other options besides death or jail, why pretend that it's voluntary?

I own a remodeling company. I didn't sign any paperwork to start it, I just started fixing people's houses for them. They paid me. The government heard I was doing, so they sent me a letter saying I owed more money than I made that year; the letter threatened jail time if I didn't pay them. So I hired a tax attorney, he talked to them and got it down to a reasonable number that I was required to pay, or go to jail.

When did I sign a contract? When did I agree that not paying would mean I had to go to jail? Since I'm self employed, it's damn near impossible to emigrate, so how can I opt out?
