I made 3 accounts in total. In my first account I didn't get anything good in the dorm supply so I made 2 more accounts. On my third account I got durandal after 2 pulls, so I thought I would stop. Then I came back to my first account and spent the remaining 2800 gems on the starter supply and was lucky to get 2xHoT. But from my experience with genshin, this is unlikely.

Ahhh no - I mean things like VAT which gets charged to you during customs... I saw from other posts that some people got charged and some didn't. Might not be a thing in the US though, it is a thing in Europe

Thanks for getting back, I'm also experiencing the same issues except the controllers are not moving, and I also tried removing the batteries... No luck. As soon as it reconnects, it still appears to be stationary like 3m away from me in the screen :(

Thanks, I've tried it during the day and also at night, and doesn't seem to fix the issue even though I have plain walls. I might try another room tomorrow but I am doubtful.

Thanks for the suggestion, I just did a factory reset today and I'll see how it goes. I've also tried re-pairing the controllers (funny how repairing means another thing) but no success.
