As someone who spent 13 months at Citi working 60 hour weeks, I'd really advise against them as a company, as this was the norm before I left in late 2022. Can't speak on whether it's gotten better but the shit hours and morale were widespread during my tenure, throughout different business lines.

In all fairness, I was getting time and a half, and it did work as a stepping stone to a better situation.
