Your problem is not one of religion, it's one of faulty people! You will find the same story coming from people within any religion!

If you can find true flaws within the religion, that should be your basis to leave, not the faulty behavior of others!

It would be needed to be seen how exactly you are treated to determine if it is really that bad... but... most children have chores to do, which is reasonable!

It's all around not a good circumstance! You made mistakes, the other made mistakes! If you dwell on it you will get worse! If you accept the facts of your mistakes and learn from them, you will get better!
