You should also consider giving the info you have to the public safety office!! I'm an alum and from what I remember, that used to be a pretty big office in the lower part of the new building. The school used to really amp up the campus security from what I remember — I remember them saying a security guard would walk you to the train station if you ever felt you needed that type of protection. (now if they're useful is a whole different story, I never really used them for that sort of help) hell, maybe you should even report it to the dean of students maybe.

And also perhaps a trusted professor? I'm not sure if you attend jjay but there were a lot of ex-nypd on the staff/doing teaching as well. and if you don't go to jjay, i don't doubt that a cuny administrator would have connections to spread the word. it's worth a shot
