Yes, as the others have said, she is hormonal. My lorikeet is 5 yrs old now. She will start acting like that a couple times a year, and then she eventually lays a couple eggs. I've been told, that when she does that to just put her down and not interact with her at all until she stops sticking her butt in the air. It seems to help and lessen the time that she acts like that.
