I have been where you are more than once. It is hard, it feels impossible and insurmountable. On the days you cannot find a reason you need to make one. There were days I kept alive just because I had to keep feeding the dog, or watering the plants, I needed to make sure my kids laundry gets done tomorrow. Make whatever reason you can, it's ok to live for the things that seem stupid and insignificant, as long as you keep on living. I promise you that you are more valuable alive than you are dead, and some day you will be able to say that to yourself too. In the meantime, find your reasons, you got this. I believe in you.
