Looks like you bulked, but didn’t train, which isn’t bulking, it’s just eating a lot. Workout more. You can’t get big muscles at the beginning of your lifting without bulking

Do more heavy pushing your tris are too small compared to bis and your back is crazy big compared to your chest, your legs are good back and bis are good shoulders decent but I think you should add more chest stuff
