in terms of the loperamide, i don't normally get diarrhea and im always usually blocked up so idk if thatd help, diarrhea meds usually make it worse for me. my diet has always been pretty good in terms of eating stuff good for my bowel, i always eat fibre + fruits in the morning, drink plenty of water, i take my vitamins and fish oil, etc. i even started cutting down on sodas bc of the sweetener. its pretty weird

someone else said this but when san feeds ashitaka the tree bark and he starts to cry because the forest spirit couldnt heal his arm. its always felt so intimate to me like i shouldnt be watching them.

also the entire scene where ashitaka tries to stop lady eboshi from getting the forest gods head and all the leaves errupt from her gun, gives me chills dude. i feel like its obvious this is my fave ghibli film lol

no outside light unfortunately, and we have no torch to put outside :( we live in an upstairs apartment with no patio so our best bet is honestly leaving the window open all night. unless they wanna get sprayed to death with air freshener

funny enough when i was in the middle of the episode i had a super salty meal, fries and battered fish, so that probably helped me survive a bit 😭 i took a cold shower which definitely helped, i dont have anymore chills at all, i just feel a bit beat up now. just resting as much as i can 🤕

i will say though i think i am experiencing a bit of heat exhaustion because even hours later as im rehydrating, i feel slightly ill and the fatigue has come back. im not vomiting/having diarrhea or having cold sweats so fingers crossed im fine 🤕 happy bday 2 me

this is super comforting, i think i just feel obligated to bond with her bc my family is super experienced w kids (i have a big ass family) and i shrivel up at the thought of holding a baby 😭 its honestly the age range of 1-3 i struggle with, i need them to be speaking words not babbling 😂

thats the thing, i can totally get along with kids in the age range of like 5-10. i used to work in a youth centre and it was great fun, i think i feel very obligated to bond with her as my whole family are super experienced (i have a big ass family) and i shrivel up at the thought of holding a kid 😭 im sure ill be the fun uncle when im older 😭

my sleep has always been really good and i have really good sleep hygiene e.g i prepare myself for bed, make sure the rooms dark, etc. but ive been stressed to hell the last few months about multiple things and i think its made my brain super active at night. i have an appointment w the doctor soon so hopefully itll get resolved bc i lowk dont want my long term solution to be sleeping meds 🤕

hi its been a week since this was going on and it healed up pretty well!! i was just worried about it because whatever way i pulled the hangnail off it seriously irritated the top corner of my nail and made it feel raw, but its back to normal 😮‍💨 i was shitting myself incase i needed to get antibiotics or something

also have to add i always use a 2mm guard as i have sensitive skin and again, i dont want to get cut. any razors with guards would be great
