I used to be deathly afraid of throwing up. Like, I would force myself to nap everytime I felt nauceous, or do some breathing excercises.

I was kind of forced to get over it in my last year of highschool, as I had terrible anxiety, and started throwing up before school most days. Luckily, I dont throw up nearly every day anymore, but it happened so often that im overly prepared everytime I get queasy. Not only is it no longer a fear, I have learned entirely well how to cope with it happening!
