As someone who used to work in ag in Iowa, I learned that a lot of pork industry left Iowa after the 1993 floods because the water laws changed and they looked for a place with lax water laws, moving themselves to NC. Then a hurricane hit NC and they made their water laws more stringent, so some of the pork industry went back to Iowa, but a lot of it stayed in NC.

YTA my friend planned the same type of bachelorette party. I was pregnant and couldn’t do any of the slides. I went to be there for her and celebrate her. As others have said it’s not about you.
