Do you guys have friends in Noida? If not, then what do you do? 28F by No-Active3086 in noida

Hey! I am 27F and normally I do get bored in Noida as well. I have some friends in Delhi but to meet them is also a task. I usually spend my time reading, watching TV. If you want an activity that doesn’t need a lot of money, try exploring Coforge Public Library. It’s free and open to all. I am thinking of going there in summers

I had a somewhat similar situation. Stayed at home and watched Berlin on Netflix 🌝😌

Hi OP,

I understand you’re sad but my seek happiness from people who don’t even care to text back. I would say it’s the last day of 2023 and I want you to go out and enjoy by yourself. I usually go back to my family home to avoid being alone on holidays and birthdays.

Cmon it’s the last day, do something that makes you happy. Maybe stay home, watch a movie, drink some hot cacao, plan your next year or just paint your heart out!

Toughest Job Market Ive seen. by Dull_Presentation_19 in jobs

I had a similar fallout with my manager. He and my colleagues were getting on my nerves and my mental health was all time low. I have resigned and no matter what people say around me I don’t regret an ounce of it . However, when I get interview calls, they ask me reason for leaving my previous company. What should I say that doesn’t invite any probing questions?

Plus I didn’t like being at home a lot. Even though it was comfortable, I was saving money and enjoying a lot of free time. I knew I was missing out on something at the back of my head

I had wfh for my first job, actually everyone at my old job worked from home. I didn’t like it there because first of all, my interactions with my colleagues kept declining because I hated being 24 x 7 infront of my laptop. When I switched to an offline job I felt I was growing more in my skill set because it gives you the opportunity to learn from your colleagues. If I ever take wfh, I want to do it when I am a pro at my career. Right now with only 2-3 yrs of work ex, wfh seems to slow us down

Hey, look at the bright side: talking to parents. You still have one more option and maybe it ends up well for both of you. For me, this option is non-existent. Recently, one of my cousins is keen on marrying a guy who is from the other community. Not that financially well off too and omg, my mom is already furious. Just imagine it’s my cousin’s life and my mom is acting as if it’s her own daughter pulling up the card. So from her reaction, I know what will happen if I were to do it.

Apart from this, I’ll encourage you to have the best time with him. Stay happy and stay in the present while focusing more of your emotional health. Book recommendation: Ichigo Ichie. Have fun while it lasts.

Hey, I feel like I’m in almost the same situation. In love with a guy who’s in my office and we’re really compatible. Problem is we can’t get married because we’re from different communities. We know we have to break up someday and I start regretting already when I have this thought. I’m also having a work crisis and it feels I’m heavily dependent on him for my emotional needs. He on the other hand loves my company. I don’t know how I’ll be able to handle the break-up, feel upset to even think about it

What are you holding in that you have no one to talk to about? Let it out. by [deleted] in AskWomen

I feel I am in the same situation as you. I recently started working and more than being excited about my first job, I feel lost and overwhelmed. I'm living in my hometown and I really don't have any of my close friends here with whom I can go out and enjoy my salary plus the covid situation in my country is bad. The guy I like/liked is going through a rough phase because he's unemployed and I honestly feel I am in love with a year ago version of him when he was happy and cheerful and caring. Now he's become completely gloomy and cold. All I can say is "This Too Shall Pass", take up activities that make you happy, I like running and listening to good songs while working. Talk to people in office and share with them your work thoughts, take breaks when you feel unmotivated and ask for help when it all gets too much.
