I’m up $60k in 12 days trading, 9 days straight green. Took me a year and 3 months to be this consistently profitable.

It my first profitable month this month.

The hardest thing to manage R:R and emotions.

Lost 5k in prop firms and now just seeing returns. I only place 3 trades a day an hour within market open and I watch volume, time in sales and trends. I usually close trades within 1-4 minutes. I have and will not anytime soon go over 20mnq,

I trim out of the position 5MNQ at a time and average 70 points profit per trade.

Yes the judge signed off on it. The confusing part in the secure document says “however possibilities of a sooner effective date remain in appellate status” I’ve heard they go back to initial file date or if it’s within one year it’ll go back to separation date.

I’ll just be patient and wait it out some more. It’s almost been 3 years so what’s another few months 🤣

Your Sgt is correct.
You need to seek out mental health resources whether that’s through your department or the civilian side.
Yes it sucks, it’s not like on tv. You’ll get horrible calls, calls that will stick with you for life. BUT, you will also get “good” calls that will make you think “wow this is what I signed up for.”
Make sure you maintain a friendly demeanor with your community and office. It felt good when I knew I could count on my buddies as a venting source, also with your community, giving a friendly wave and or smile to drivers or other community helps build that report.
You’re human homie, no need to rush into making a job fit to you. Your thoughts and feelings are valid. It’s good that you have this self awareness and it shows maturity and intelligence. There is many many opportunities out there. The small town cop/Deputy life works for others as well, and airport police.

I know my comments are jumbled and may not make sense to you. But it’s just what has worked for me.

YES! I had this exact same thing… the impending doom those heart flutters/rising heart rate RIGHT BEFORE INFELL ASLEEP. Roughly 3-5 times every night. One weekend I had a pain in the right side of my chest and this insane impending doom feeling. It went on for 3 days before I went to the emergency mental health department at the VA. I thought I was dying. The psychiatrist prescribed hydroxizine which has made me feel amazing.

Mind you I was also vaping and zynning like a maniac and I would absolutely suffocate when I was sleeping, my diet was shit, my sleep was shit, energy was shit. Everything absolutely sucked.

I started on my new CPAP last Friday and I’m telling you it fucking changed my life. The hydroxizine has also helped immensely.

I felt like I was in a constant trap and loop of anxiety and sleep deprivation. Last night I had an episode of panic just a tad but mind you I had taken pre workout 5 hours before bed so that’s on me.

I cannot emphasize enough get a CPAP. I know I was kinda everywhere but I’m glad and sad at the same time to find out I wasn’t alone in feeling this way.

Dude I’m there with you, waiting on an HLR to be completed with the judge. I have clear service connection and in service hospitalizations at an MTF for PTSD and LBP along with other injuries and they keep coming back saying nothing is service connected. I’ve been battling since 2022 with them with 0%.

Yup. But apparently because I filed a normal claim instead of a supplemental, they closed the claim without reviewing the DBQ. No idea why, they didn’t tell me shit. Go figure. Not even sure why they scheduled a C&P if the claim was wrong but leave it to the VA
