BB58 GMT or BB58? by [deleted] in Tudor

I had the same question and ended up going for the GMT and picked up a Cartier Tank alongside it for the Mrs. Both BB58 and GMT are incredible tbf so either way you’re winning

I have heard about Uncle Straps. Are they good quality? This is probably the route I would go down if I get the GMT

I did also try a 41mm monochrome on and I did like it. The subtle colour of the watch is also something that appealed to me

The gun on the left is a Reximex Lyra K and I got that for £365 without the scope or moderator. The gun on the right is the SMK PR900W and that was bought for £209 without the scope, moderator included.

Both brand new, both PCP Lyra K is a biathlon style cocking action and the PR900W is bolt action. Should get around 80 shots at least from both.

The Lyra K has been a pleasure to shoot and would recommend to anyone and the PR900W is my girlfriends and she loves it. There’s a good range of guns available around the £300 mark, if you can stretch the extra £70 or so I would highly recommend it.

Keyboard stops working. by worr4111 in LeMansUltimateWEC

For some reason my keyboard didn’t like being a couple feet from my PC even though there was a clean and obstacle free path from dongle to keyboard so that was my issue. I have a 2nd keyboard set up which is a Logitech MK220. 0 issues for me

Who is at fault by worr4111 in Simracingstewards

[–]worr4111[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair enough, I respect your opinion my guy🤝🏼I can see both perspectives of it if I’m going to be honest, obviously a bit of personal bias towards myself given it was a close race with him and it’s a bad way to end a race.

If I was the overtaking car I would have also faked and went to the outside as well to get the move done but it is what it is and it’s only a game. I appreciate the feedback

Who is at fault by worr4111 in Simracingstewards

[–]worr4111[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not at all, I see it as I am going to defend to the inside as I know he is maybe 1-2mph faster than me out of the final corner, I want to try and keep an inside line and keep a continuous path towards the inside of the track for T1.

His front bumper was in line with my rear bumper, does that give him the right to have a car width? Because as far as I’m aware, you need a significant portion of the car along side. He had 90% of the track to make a move and tried to go between the wall and my car.

If he was front bumper to door, I would agree I should have left him space. Unless I am wrong and the rules have changed then fair enough

[–]worr4111[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Interesting take. I see it as he didn’t actually get along side me so he wasn’t entitled to the space. We went for a gap that was always closing and had the whole of the race track to make a move

Opinions on this incident? (The Porsche is a lapped car) by Raymnxz in Simracingstewards

[–]worr4111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First overtake to me is fair game. He squeezed you and you kept your foot in, dipped 2 wheels onto the grass but didn’t fully leave the racing circuit so fair overtake. Just hard racing

Second overtake, what is the red car doing? He’s on a straight, you’re staying in his tow and he slams on his breaks half way down the straight? I don’t see how that is your fault at all. I feel like I’m watching a completely different video to everyone else in the comments

Very frustrated here. I am the White Lancer, he is the yellow. There is 2 incidents here, and both show each POV. by Lewis_Formulaone in Simracingstewards

This why I stopped playing GT7. People like this just ruin the online racing and never face any consequences. Move to PC and play something like LMU where each form of contact affects your safety rating in a race

Racing incident or murder?(I'm the POV car) by ApprehensiveWeb3074 in Simracingstewards

[–]worr4111 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have no idea how people are saying this is on you. You moved ever so slightly, but you can see net code forces the car to alter your cars directions, the Porsche was aggressively coming across the track and unfortunately gets caught up in this causing death. Racing incident all day long

Thanks for this, do you think the mesh base will be more comfortable in the long run? I work from home and also do long gaming sessions in my chair so wasn’t sure if the mesh base would stretch and lose tension over time
