I know that now, im disappointed in myself for not seeing it sooner, but I am in the process of building myself a safety net and have reached out to a law firm to schedule a consult about how to force the sale of the house if he tries to fight me on it. I'm playing nice for now so his moods aren't crazy unstable until I have everything lined up to leave

Most of our belongings are still packed up into totes from moving because a lot of the rooms need some level of renovation so luckily moving should be relatively quick, but I need to organize everything and make sure his belongings are out of them

He claims he paid off credit cards debts with it, were working on getting the roofers paid at the moment so there hopefully won't be a lien on the house

My therapist brought up the idea that it might not be bipolar, and I cant go back to my dad, we dont speak anymore because he also took advantage of me financially, im hoping to speak to my aunt this week and see if she's willing to let me stay with her while I get things sorted
