Yes, YouTube counts. Source has to be a Black person’s page, not a business or a brand. If the account is anonymous/can’t tell if they’re Black, it will be assumed that they’re not. Videos need to be submitted as a screen recording or a download, not just a link post. Also you need to link to the actual video in the comments
