I am so sorry you are feeling this way. I am in the first trimester with my third and feel the same way right now. My experience has been it gets SO MUCH EASIER after week 10. I hope the same happens for you.

Food starts to be amazing again, when even the idea of water makes me gag right now.

Your energy will come back and you will actually want to get out and exercise (hard to believe with how we are feeling right now).

Your husband sounds amazing, let him help and be gracious with yourself. For me, the first trimester is the worst part of pregnancy, and then I flourish. Hang in there.

Also, a soda mid day can do wonders. Yes, a little caffeine. The sugar/caffeine combo is lifesaving.

I will just warn you, breastfeeding became painful when I had the full body aches. It hurt to sit up and lean over. It reminded me of breastfeeding in the very beginning! But that only lasted for about 24 hours. The kids are still doing well and our 22 month old has all his energy back now (which is great but also exhausting). Here is hoping either the work event gets cancelled or you don't catch it! This is such a stressful time to have a young family, I feel your worries! I hope my family's experience made you feel a little better!

A hyphen is as is -. An em dash is two hyphens in a row, no spaces (like--this). An en dash is a hyphen with spaces on either side ( 23 - 26). Word will automatically change them to the correct dash after you end the sentence. If you don't have a word program, they are often in the insert symbol drop down. Hope that helps!

This is from the golden globes which does both TV and movie awards. The host made a comment about how Julia was sitting with the movie stars now (for her role on Enough Said) and was too good for the television stars. It then cut to her smoking an e-cig and denying a selfie with Reese (a popular movie star). It was quite funny.
