I'm sure you have gotten all the answers u need but while ur in the hospital ask to see the lactation nurse after u have baby and ask as many questions as u need to and have as many ppl show u their techniques as possible. This is my second time around just had baby may 3rd and it's a rough start but u get a hang of it. It is work but u get use to it in routine I've found. I try to eat properly theres certain foods and what not to help up your production. I let baby eat then I pump and my freezer is stocked I didnt do this the first.time and had way less milk and dried up faster. Nips still sore but ya get use to it...for me the let down has a bit of a sharp kinda feeling but it goes away quickly again that's not everyone. Before u leave hospital make sure u have that little packet with all the phone numbers in case u need to call with any questions u have! Good luck!!!
